tekRESCUE Local (TRL) – Most homes and small businesses are too small to have a full-time Information Technology (IT) staff. With our TRL service, we can be that staff for you. We are available when you need us by appointment, or we can contract with you for a certain number of hours each month.

tekRESCUE Online (TRO) – Focusing on PC and Mac tune-ups and virus removals, our TRO service is there when you need us, anywhere in the world. Our trained staff can connect to your computer and fix it from our offices in San Marcos, TX USA. We specialize in tune-ups and virus removals, but we can also help you with:

- Mac and PC interoperability
- Mac and PC Tutoring
- Website development and maintenance
- Online data storage and security
